Not sure which plan fits yet?
That’s okay. Everything you need to know before choosing a plan

How does the subscription work?

You pick a plan, we start, and you send requests through Slack or Notion. Work comes back every 48 hours on Growth and every 24 on Immersive, whether or not there’s a call in the calendar. It’s monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month. No contract you have to escape from.

What kind of requests can I submit?

Product design, website design, Framer development and AI work. New pages, redesigns, a component that doesn’t exist yet, a flow that isn’t working, a dashboard, an integration. If it sits inside design, Framer or the AI layer, it’s in scope. Anything outside that you’ll hear about on the same day rather than three weeks in.

How fast will I receive updates?

Growth averages 48 hours per request. Immersive averages 24. Those are averages rather than promises on a specific item, because a landing page and a design system don’t take the same amount of time. What is a promise: you always know where a request stands without having to ask.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Growth runs one active request at a time. You can queue as many as you like and they move through in the order you set. Immersive runs unlimited active requests plus one or two sync calls a week. The limit is throughput rather than a monthly quota, which is why one plan costs more than the other.

What if I only need you for a short time?

Then a subscription is the wrong shape and Quick Launch is the right one. A defined project, a fixed price agreed before anything starts, from $8,000 / €7,000. Plenty of work arrives that way and comes back later as a subscription, which is fine in either direction.

What if I don’t like the direction?

Say so, early and plainly. Revisions are unlimited on both subscriptions and nobody is counting. If the direction is wrong it’s better to hear it at the first update than at the third, and that’s what the 48-hour rhythm is for. If it stays wrong, you cancel at the end of the month.

Who will I work with?

Me, Oskar. I lead the work and I’m on every call. There are two of us running Desses and I’m the one you deal with. No account manager, no team you never meet, nothing sent elsewhere. 70% of clients stay for years, and that’s most of the reason why.

How do we communicate?

Slack for the day to day and Notion for the work itself, so nothing lives in an inbox. Async by default: you leave comments when it suits you and they get handled before you’re back at your desk, which matters more the further apart we are. Calls when they earn one, and one to two a week on Immersive.

What is the Fast Turnaround option?

Quick Launch. One project, one scope, one fixed price, agreed after the intro call and before anything starts. End to end, updates every 48 to 72 hours, from $8,000 / €7,000. A Framer site runs two to four weeks, design and build together four to six.

Is Fast Turnaround better than a subscription?

Different jobs. Quick Launch is for something with a finish line: a launch, a rebuild, a date you have to hit. A subscription is for a company producing new pages every month, where there is no finish line and the site keeps moving. If you’re not sure which you are, the intro call sorts it in ten minutes.

Can Fast Turnaround turn into a subscription?

Yes, and it usually does. A project ends, the site goes live, and a month later there are three new pages to build. That becomes a subscription rather than a series of small projects. It also works the other way: pause the subscription, come back per project.
