Hospitals, physician groups, and health systems run it to document visits, handle administration, and move claims, so the people with medical degrees spend their day on medicine instead of forms.
Y Combinator backed. The product outscores the general-purpose models on clinical benchmarks, beating GPT-4o and Claude 3.5 Sonnet on the tasks that happen in a clinic. The engineering was real. The site had to carry that weight.

The challenge
"AI employees" is a sharp idea and an abstract one. A doctor landing on the site doesn't need the category. They need to know what it does on Monday morning. The old site sold the concept and left the visitor to guess at the job.
Healthcare doesn't extend trust to startups by default. The buyer is a health system with a compliance team and a long memory. The site had to read as something you could put in front of that room, not a demo polished for a launch tweet.
And it had to go live fast. The Series A was coming together, and the site is the first thing an investor opens after the call. Speed was the constraint. Looking rushed was not an option.
The healthcare-AI space is loud. Every tool on the market says "AI." Saying it louder is not a strategy. The work was to show the thing doing the job, and let the proof do the talking.

Make "AI employee" concrete. Instead of naming a category, show each role and the work it takes off a clinician's plate. The visitor should understand the product before they finish scrolling the first screen.
Give the clinical buyer a reason to trust it. Lean on the real assets, the benchmark numbers, the engineering depth, the names behind the round, and present them with the restraint a serious medical buyer reads as credible.
Ship it in Framer, in one head, no handoff. Design that ends at a live site, not a Figma file passed to someone else to interpret.
