My role

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Wild Digital once again, this time on a project for FlowLab, a renowned interior design store in Rotterdam. FlowLab’s 2000m² showroom features the largest collection of design labels from top brands, offering an unparalleled experience for design enthusiasts. The challenge for this project was to translate the in-store atmosphere—where customers can see, feel, and try out different collections—into a digital experience that still captures the essence of FlowLab’s personalized design services. Wild Digital led the design process, focusing on creating a sleek, modern, and intuitive website that reflects the luxury and sophistication of the FlowLab brand. Their goal was to ensure the online platform felt as immersive and inspiring as FlowLab’s physical showroom. The website needed to showcase their extensive product range while also offering customers the ability to collaborate with FlowLab’s interior designers, just as they would in-store. Once the design was ready, my role was to implement this vision using Framer. The challenge here was to ensure that the website not only looked visually appealing but also provided an interactive, seamless user experience. With Framer’s powerful design-to-code capabilities, I was able to bring Wild Digital’s sophisticated layout to life while maintaining full functionality and responsiveness.

Result

One of the highlights of this project was building an interactive feature that mimicked FlowLab’s in-store design consultations. The virtual design studio allows customers to explore furniture arrangements and experiment with different styles and layouts, giving them a taste of the creative process they would experience in person. This tool was crucial in extending FlowLab’s personalized service to their digital platform, making it possible for users to engage with the brand and their collections from the comfort of their own homes. The result was a website that perfectly captured FlowLab’s essence. The elegant design by Wild Digital, combined with the functionality and interactivity I implemented through Framer, allowed us to create an online presence that mirrored the inspiring, customer-focused experience found in FlowLab’s showroom. By successfully translating FlowLab’s physical space into a digital one, we helped position the company as a leading design destination, both online and offline.
